My research group is dedicated to expanding our knowledge of exoplanetary systems and making the community more accessible through new archives and analysis tools.

Recent research projects include the follow-up of young TESS TOIs, space missions LUSTER and Landolt, and preparation for future direct imaging programs including Roman, Rubin and LOUVIR. I am also creating the Starchive, which will be an innovative stellar, exoplanet and circumstellar disk research resource.
I currently advise one graduate student, five undergrads, and a high school (MSMS) student. I teach our Descriptive Astronomy (PH 1063) class as well as Astrophysics (PH 3063), which we are changing to a cross-listed grad level class, and Optics (PH 4513). I have created multiple resources like the Astro Ed Google Drive to help faculty with class development.
In addition to multiple university and department committees, I am involved in both the AIP TEAM-UP and APS IDEA programs intent on making physics and astronomy a more inclusive, diverse and eqitiable community for all. I also do multiple astronomy themed outreach events with our Howell Observatory on Southfarm.
